98% of all people who buy any suit will need alteration.
To ensure you have the perfect fit and look as great as you can, before you go out in your new suit, we’d recommend you find a good local tailor who can handle the standard alterations if needed.
If you prefer to have a slim-fitted fit, then we would recommend ordering the next size down. Please note that this recommendation does not apply to our suits that are marked "slim" in the size drop-down menu.
Please note that once an item is altered, the suit will not be eligible for return.
Please read all the instructions below to best understand how to order your desired size.
Place the tape measure beneath the armpits and just above the nipples, and place two fingers under the center of your chest, also try to make the tape measure level. This measurement will be your jacket size.
(Our model here measures at 38" so he's a 38" jacket)
Note that your natural waist line might not match the waist size of the pants you are wearing. Wrap the tape measure around your waist—not your belly. To find your waist, you can hold 4 fingers below belly button and below that will be your waist. Don't let it be too loose, and don't squeeze it too tight. This will be your waist size.
(Our model here measures at 32" so he wears 32" pants.)
MEASURE YOUR HEIGHT:
Use the range of heights below to determine if you are a Short, Regular, or Long.
Keep in mind that some people prefer the look of a longer jacket and some a shorter jacket, so these are not set in stone.
SHORT (S) 5'4" TO 5'7"
REGULAR (R) 5'7 1/2" TO 6'1"
LONG (L) 6'1 1/2" TO 6'5"
Now that you have measured yourself, if we do not have the exact waist and chest size in combination that matches you we suggest that you purchase your suit according to your chest size and get the waist sized by your local tailor.
Please note that your local tailor could let out an extra 2” of fabric in the waist and 1/2” in the inseam if the pants you have ordered feel tight on you; up to 3” in the waist can be taken in by your local tailor if the pants feel loose.
A tailor can also taper in and shorten the entire suit to your desired fit.
1) Sleeves are too long? Your tailor can take up the sleeves to any length that you’d prefer.
2) Sleeves are too short? There’s an extra 1 1/2” of fabric in the sleeves that can be let out.
If you need more than 1 1/2”, an experienced tailor can use the extra fabric from the bottom of the pants to lengthen the sleeves an additional 3” to 6”, depending on how much extra fabric is left after the bottoms are hemmed.
3) Too much room in the stomach area of the jacket? The sides of the jacket can be tapered in.
1) The waist is too big? Up to 3” in the waist can be taken in.
2) The waist is too small? There is an extra 2” of fabric in the waist that can be let out.
3) The pants are too long? All of our pants come unfinished/unhemmed at 36” long. Your local tailor can hem the pants to your desired length.
4) The crotch/seat area is too tight? There’s an extra 1/2” of fabric in the inseam that can be let out.
FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FOLLOW THESE STEPS
For all returns, please email us your return request with the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
1) Subject of email: Return #YOUR ORDER NUMBER (e.g., Return #12345)
2) Body of email: The ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME associated with the order and a brief reason for return.
We will do our best to respond to you ASAP, but please allow 24-48 hours for all responses.
Returns requests must be emailed to us within 14 days of purchase for items that have been unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, or unworn.
No refund will be issued for items returned without Return Authorization. All random, miscellaneous items sent to our returns facility will be discarded and not reshipped.
We do not cover return shipping costs.
Refunds for the items returned will be made in the original form of payment.
Shipping costs and associated taxes on flat-rate shipping from your original order cannot be refunded.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time; we do accept returns.

Our warehouse is located in Ontario, Canada.
We fulfill orders within two to four business days from the date that we receive your order.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Once an order is shipped, it can take up to five business days in transit time for delivery.
We do not offer expedited shipping options.
We cannot accept PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses for delivery.
We ALWAYS ship to the address provided.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
If an order is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, which will not be refunded.
If an order is returned back to us due to unsuccessful delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including additional return shipping costs incurred; we will not be able to reship the returned order.
We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Please only provide a secure shipping address at which someone can receive packages during regular business hours.
Please provide a work address instead of your home address if you work during the day.
We are not responsible for any shipment missing or damaged after it is marked as delivered by UPS.
In the case that your order's shipment is missing or damaged after the tracking shows it had been delivered by UPS, you are responsible to file the claim with UPS.
If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:
We will not be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that we are not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
