What shipping options will I have and when will I receive my package?
Our warehouse is located in Ontario, Canada.
3 - 5 BUSINESS DAY STANDARD SHIPPING Your order will ship in about one business day via UPS.
2ND BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING All orders take 1 business day to process before they are shipped. So for example- if you place a two day shipment order any time on Monday, your order will ship out on Tuesday and you will receive it on Thursday.
NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING All orders take 1 business day to process before they are shipped. So for example- if you place a next day shipment order any time on Monday, your order will ship out on Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday.
We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery.
We ALWAYS ship to the address provided. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If an item is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, which will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply: We will not be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that we are not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
For all returns please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for Return Authorization, and we will provide you with return instructions. Returns requests must be emailed to us within 14 days of purchase for items that have been unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, or unworn.
No refund will be issued for items returned without Return Authorization. We do not cover return shipping costs.
Refunds for the item will be made in the original form of payment.
Shipping costs and associated taxes on flat-rate shipping from your original order cannot be refunded.
Duties and taxes cannot be refunded for international orders.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time; we do accept returns. Please email us at email@example.com for Return Authorization, and then place a new order for the item you’d like at any time.
CUSTOM SIZING We currently do not offer made-to-measure custom sizing or alterations, but our standard sizes will match most people.
PURCHASING INDIVIDUAL JACKETS OR SUIT PANTS At this time we DO offer this option. Some of our suits are now sold in sets; as we do sell separates. Click on our SEPARATES PAGE to create your own set or buy only a jacket or pants.
All suits come with unfinished bottoms. If you need them to be hemmed, we recommend that you take them to your local tailor.
SPECIAL REQUEST HOLD
If you need us to hold your order before we ship it because you have a special request please click [here] and add this to your shopping cart before you check out and contact us with our order number.
YOUR CREDIT CARD NOT WORKING ON OUR WEBSITE? Please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If your credit card cannot be processed, please call the card issuer’s customer service number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.
